As a member of the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™, you are in complete control of your event planning needs. This includes controlling the use of information you provide to twenty4 sports inc., the company that runs and executes all 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ events. twenty4 sports inc. will not disclose your personal information to any third party without first obtaining your consent. The bottom line is that we respect and will continue to respect the privacy of our customers who use the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ and the on-line registration system.

Member Registration
When you become a 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ member you provide your name, address, telephone number, gender, birthday, e-mail address, a unique login name, password, and password validation. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete event registration(s); (iii) ensure participants are registered to the proper category and/or sub categories; (iv) waivers are not electronically signed for by participants under the age of 18; (v) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary; (vi) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (vii) to make product improvements to the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™. In addition, your e-mail address is collected to send you an e-mail message confirming your new member registration, e-mail change(s) confirmation and each registration you transact online. As a member you will occasionally receive updates from us about event details pertinent to participating, special offers, new services, and other noteworthy news items. Newsletters
24 Hours of Adrenalin™’s newsletter and e-mails regarding other 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ events within traveling distance (if applicable) are optional benefits for members that keep you up to date with the latest news and information on deals.
Contests
24 Hours of Adrenalin™ and twenty4 sports inc. frequently host contests to give members the opportunity to win great prizes. Information collected by twenty4 sports inc. for such contests can include contact information and survey questions. Contact information is used to notify contest winners and survey information is used to develop promotions and product improvements to the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™.
Online Surveys
24 Hours of Adrenalin™ and twenty4 sports inc. values opinions and comments from members, so we frequently conduct online surveys. Certain surveys are optional for all members, while others are mandatory. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ and to develop appealing content, features and promotions for members. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.

24 Hours of Adrenalin™ and twenty4 sports inc. collects IP addresses to verify waiver signature(s), timing of signature(s) and authenticity as well as to help diagnose problems with our servers and for system administration.
Please be aware that we have links to other Web sites on our site that may collect personally identifiable information about you. This Privacy Statement does not cover the information practices or policies of such Web sites. Should you be concerned about any possible collection of your personal information by other web sites, feel free to contact the administrators of those sites in order to obtain specifics about their policies. Unfortunately, twenty4 sports inc. can only be responsible for its own network.
Who will the information be shared with, if anyone? When you register to become a member through the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™, twenty4 sports inc. will not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and has no intention of doing so in the future. Occasionally, twenty4 sports inc. will hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market-research surveys, contest-entry processing and database management and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project. At anytime, you can unsubscribe to the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ newsletter and promotional information about other 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ events that may be relevant to you. The “Edit Profile” link, accessible through the “Member Home Page” link on 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ and twenty4 sports inc.’s websites (www.24hoursofadrenalin and www.twenty4sports.com). As a member or contest entrant you will occasionally receive e-mail updates from us, special offers, new services, and other noteworthy news items. We hope you will find these updates interesting and informative. How can you access, update or correct your information?

You can also update “Your Events” link(s) accessible through the Member Home Page once you have logged in from “Event Registration” or the home page at www.24hoursofadrenalin.com and www.twenty4sports.com.
What safeguards are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information? All information you provide to the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ and twenty4 sports inc. is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
